Ascent to Self-Knowing

My collector arrived at our co-creation session with the theme “identity.” Various blocks in her life had raised questions about who she knew herself to be, and she was looking for outside-the-box answers. Our journey of shared visualization, freestyle storytelling, and drumming catapulted her far beyond the box. She saw herself, not just as a quantum astrologer trying to find her place, but an ancient being connected to the Kundalini snake and other divine symbols.

Ascent to Self-Knowing is a celebration of my collector’s power. The goddess-like subject climbing skyward is a reflection of her capacity for greatness when in alignment with her authentic self. I included the heart-shaped balloon to capture my collector’s yearning to follow the trajectory of her true desires. The serpent imagery is associated with Kundalini, a state of spiritual awakening that emerges when all chakras are open. For my collector, opening her heart center was the key to unleashing the sacred energy of the snake. Learn more about custom art.
