ACTIVATION

Essence Activation (EA) is a collaborative free association process that expands consciousness and deepens self-expression. This practice of shared flow state invites us into authenticity, connection, and aliveness—our Essence as human beings.

Together, we will explore various embodied, self-expression practices to activate Essence, such as freestyle storytelling, “here and now” communication, improvisational movement, music, singing, and more.

  • Learn to bring hidden parts of you into the light through vulnerable sharing.

EA Journey · $1195

Includes four 1-on-1 sessions per month at a reduced rate ($299/session). This offering is for those ready to integrate Essence into their way of being.

Group EA · $319/person

Includes a 90-minute group session, in person or online. With 2+ participants, this offering introduces a heightened level of community and camaraderie.
