For the past several years, I've explored the intersection of imagination, psychology, art, and consciousness. As a psychotherapist, artist, and facilitator, I've witnessed how symbolic imagery can reveal perspectives that words alone often cannot.
Essence Portraits grew from this fascination. Each session is a collaborative exploration of the imagination—part creative process, part inner journey—that culminates in an artwork designed to preserve the experience long after it ends.

Join me for a 60-minute deep dive into your inner world. Sessions are held in beautiful Sedona, Arizona or online. Learn what to expect below.
Warmup (15 mins)
Share your intentions and themes that are present in your life.
Awaken your body with a short movement practice.
Set the container through a guided imagination exercise.
Journey (30 mins)
Enter a shared flow state through deep presence, visualization, movement, and more. I may enhance the experience with drumming.
The journey invites expanded perception and symbolic insights about your personal path or the unique nature of your partnership.
Integration (10-15 mins)
Share your most impactful moments from the journey.
Identify key images, symbols, themes, and colors to inform the final artwork.

Welcome to a short guided experience that lets you sample the initial steps of Essence Activation.
Choose from one of four guided audio experiences,and open to what emerges as your intention meets your imagination. This exploration invites surprising depth and wisdom in just a few minutes.
After your journey, I’ll send you a personalized audio message based on what you shared, offering a new perspective and inquiries to deepen your ongoing exploration.
$22 for 10 minutes that could shift your whole day.
What unfolds in your Essence Activation session becomes the raw material for your Essence Portrait: a visual echo of your inner world at this moment in your life.

Essence Portrait: Crafting Your Custom Art
1. DIGITAL CREATION
Within 1–3 weeks, I create a custom digital artwork inspired by the key images, themes, and insights from your Essence Activation session.
Each piece is a multimedia collage, blending Adobe Firefly images (AI), original photography, and digitized watercolor textures to reflect the layered nature of your inner world.
2. REFINEMENT PROCESS
Your feedback is an essential part of the creative process. We’ll connect during scheduled review calls to explore adjustments to color, composition, and feeling tone.
Three revisions are included to ensure the piece resonates deeply with you. Additional refinements are $200 per revision.
3. PRINT & DELIVERY
Once the digital piece feels complete, your Essence Portrait is printed on premium framed canvas and delivered within 1–2 weeks.
Your package also includes personalized reflection prompts to help you continue building a relationship with your Essence Portrait and the inner landscape it reflects.
